Hi - I'm trying to figure out which herbs to buy and try to help my endometriosis be less likely to spread, etc... Has anyone tried herbs, and if so, which kind. Did they work for you? I'd appreciate any feedback anyone has to offer. Thanks you!

Although I've used certain plant based treatments to help with Endometriosis, I'd recommend that you see either a medical herbalist or a qualified nutritional therapist, who can guide you on the best combinations to suit you as an individual.

Me too. My acupuncturist who is also a Chinese patent herbalist has given me all kinds of exciting stuff from some brand/guy called:
Giovanni Maciocia
next month I am taking "Freeing the Moon" from Day 14 until period starts!
They have really helped. Each is tailored to help with specific probs, hence the need for a qualified herbalist.

Since I can't seem to find one in my area, I went to www.mountainroseherbs.com where they have organic herbs and tell you what each one is used for. I hope to be able to try a few at least by myself without them hurting me hopefully :-) Motherwort seems to be a really good one.
