Well, I'm not sure if it helped. At first I thought it did because I tought I had 2 pain free periods which was later explained as early pregnancy spotting. My baby is currently 9 months and I am still breast feeding. I think that I had a period last month and while I don't think I had such an upset stomache my sacral and tailbone pain was back. Since then I have been having tailbone and sacral pain on and off (even without period). It seems like sleeping has become difficult the past few weeks. I can't lay down or sit down without something hurting, but I can't stand all day. My legs already have some varicose veins. Since giving birth I also had bad headaches and it's like my bones hert when laying on them. I guess I was hoping after having a baby everything would be fine. I have been told a lot that after having a baby you often don't get the cramps. It's like I told myself in my head that everything was going to change and be fine, but then when I got my period it still wasn't. I thought about going back, but it's hard with a baby, finances, and working. So for now I am strictly following the diet and hoping it eventually helps. I'm not supplements or anything other than a prenatal vitamin due to breastfeeding. It is a lot harder to be in pain with kids and family to take care of.

I'm reviving this thread as there's been some recent questions regarding pelvic physical therapy. Clear Passages is an intense PT option. They now have a book out now, too. www.clearpassage.com/

Clear Passage looks like a very promising therapy. Has anyone ever tried rolfing? It is a structural integration technique that is very similar to the PT offered by Clear Passage. There are rolfers in my location, but I cannot afford to travel to Clear Passage for therapy, so I am hoping that someone has had some experience with structural integration before I try it out as it is costly just like everything else and of course, insurance does not cover it. I wonder if health insurance will cover Clear Passage since it is technically physical therapy in its foundation? Here is some info on rolfing, I just heard about it from a friend who says it really works but she does not have endo. www.rolfmethod.com/about_si/about_si.htm

Ive been rolfed many times and if anyone goes this route for endometriosis, I suggest that they look for and advanced rolfer in their area. The Rolfer that I went to when I lived in Colorado was able to work on my abdomen and he did great work (but not all of them are trained to do this). Incidently, he was on Oprah a few years back! He Rolfed dr Oz on the show. As far as Clear Passages goes..... has anyone else tried it?
