Hi: I was reading about the wurn technique in florida, and they claim that they can desolve adhesions. Any one tried this and if so what is the price.

I have not tried it but have read on it. I looked at their website and got info, but no prices. I would go to their website at www.clearpassage.com They have several locations. I'm sorry I couldn't help more. Good luck Lynette

I wanted to update you all on my Clear Passage therapy. I have written about it in many posts but I thought I would update it here for future posterity ;D Just yesterday I was asked to contribute my experience with this therapy to a book being written by Clear Passage on their procedures. Apparently they would like to have testimonials of some of the women. I am very happy to do it as it was/is a wonderful experience that I love to tell people about. Here's a little background about my situation: I had my first miscarriage 10 years ago. After coming off birth control for 5 years I had spotting that would last up to 9 days. I then had an ectopic pregnancy. A couple of years after that I had a lap where they discovered endo and an ovarian cycst. The doctor said he burned off some of my moderate level endo during the lap. All my hormone levels, uterus biopsy, die tests came out fine. So why wasn't I getting pregnant again since the ectopic? It was 3 years and no pregnancy. That was when I went to a reproductive endocrinologist who told us our only chance was IVF. That was not going to work for us for several reasons so I started searching hard for alternative treatments. That's when I cam across Clear Passage Therapies. It just made sense to us so I signed up. I spent a week of intense massage therapy concentrating mainly in the pelvic area but from head to toe. Even my insides (ie. cervix) were manipulated. I started my period the last day of my therapy (which doesn't matter to them one bit). There was a noticeable difference right away. I had developed terrible abdominal pain after my lap during my cycle. That was completely gone. No remnants whatsoever. I still had about 2 days of lower back pain that I had since I started my cycle. While in therapy I read some books they had there in the office about natural therapies etc. I decided to start acupunture when I returned home. I spent 10 months in acupunture combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine. I would go once a week. My two days of lower back pain was reduced to 1-2 hours the second day of my cycle. Also my period changed in color. I had no idea that a period was "supposed" to be bright red. I thought my dark red/brownish color was okay. I was wrong. During acupunture my period turned bright red. Also the last of my preperiod spotting went away. (After my lap it was reduced to 4 days from 9, then after Clear Passages it was reduced to 2 days). I became pregnant for the first time in years 2 months after my acupunture treatment ended. Unfortunately I lost that baby within a week of finding out. I then went on to have at least 1 more loss (I suspect more but I think they were so early that it was too early to tell and I had given up charting years ago because I became to depressed by it so there was no way to know). After my last loss I honed in more on my endo diagnosis. I started researching infertility/miscarriage more on the web and I came across this board. It clicked, the endo-diet made sense to me so I started it. I also decided to revisit progesterone. Although I asked to be put on it years ago at one point after my ectopic I don't think I was getting pregnant so I don't know what it did. Also, the doctors have insisted that my progesterone levels are fine and that it would do nothing for me. Something about their advice on progesterone didn't quite click with me so I asked our local guru on the subject Ouchy. She told me that my 19 day levels (the ones they checked) could indeed be just fine but that doesn't predict my day 20 levels. I could drop levels at anytime. That made sense so I started taking progesterone cream. There is a miraculous story about when I found out I was pregnant this last time that I will quickly share as well. I went in right away for blood tests after the positive pregnancy test b/c after an ectopic you can't wait around. My HCG levels were extremely low (in the 100's). I also felt a lot of action in the side where I had my previous ectopic so I was VERY concerned. I asked my church to pray for me so I wouldn't have to go in for a surgery to remove an ectopic pregnancy. I had resigned myself to miscarriage b/c like the doctor said, he would be very surprised if after the weekend my levels went up to even 300. The elder I asked to pray for me during service that I wouldn't have to go for surgery and that the miscarriage would go fine did not! He instead lead the church in prayer that the baby would be fine and where it needed to be. I went in for my blood test on Monday and on Tuesday morning I got the call to come in for an ultra-sound. The doctor was shocked. My levels had sky-rocketed up to more than the supposed doubling every 48 hours. I came in and we saw the baby was where it was supposed to be. We were thrilled. So to continue on with my natural journey, I kept taking the progesterone cream and the nurse then (only after I took the initiative to put myself on progesterone) offered to get me a perscription for suppositories. At my 12 week appointment my doctor told me to quit taking them. I wasn't so sure so I asked, who else but Ouchy She said she was told to stay on until 14 weeks which for me will be in a couple of days. I will still have some left so I think I will wean myself off them. So I have written this for those interested in somewhat of a natural approach and I will refer to this thread instead of having to bore everyone with a retelling of my story everytime someone asks a question

yes i believe in massage too michelle. i just had 3 session of massages last week. i had terrible pain last week, more more an abdominal cramp. i thought because of overwork. so a friend of mine recommend me someone who learn some massage therapy in japan. i contacted her and set the appointment the very next day. we had two days of massages which each last almost 4 hours. she started from my face, every area covered up to toe. she told me i will get my period much earlier and call her for another massage therapy the first day i spotted any blood. true, my period came 6 days earlier. i have started to feel pain. i went and pick her up ( we do the massage at my house) and she did a 2 hours massage. i was going to send a bday cake so i dont have time. surprisingly i was able to stay back and enjoy the bday celebration with no pain. imagine that! it works. i was worry coz every massage cost me about $30, so i was calculating i need t spend about $100 every month, equal to RM300 my currency..same as my petrol consumption for a month..but if it works and i can finally conceive or be pain free..it is a small matter.

I too went through Clear Passage Therapies, only my intention was for pain and not to get pregnant (which I am not upset or anything about it's just that was not why I went). I went for a week and was also about on the last day of my cycle when I started. I got pregnant right after going (also proof that condoms are not 100%). After going to Clear Passage I thought I had my period for the next 2 months. I got all the other symptoms (nausea, vomiting, swelling, bloating, sensitive to smells, ect.) very quickly which is why I finally ended up taking a pregnancy test. I also just happened to be using progesterone right after getting pregnant. Now after reading stuff here I am wondering if I try to get pregnant again should I use progesterone and how should I use it. Just how it sort of worked out I probably started using it again just after getting pregnant, but if you use it while trying to get pregnant won't it possibly prevent getting pregnant?
