Hi, tiff. Not personal at all. I am 5'4" in height. When I got pregnant, I was hovering around 140. Now I am in the low 130's. My OBGYN doesn't seem overly concerned with my weight loss, nor do I, and I am 16 weeks today (4 months). He said it is very common, and I'll most likely gain it back in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. I'm more at my ideal weight now than before I was pregnant.

Good, I am glad to hear that! My dr. is a little worried but I have heard a lot of people do lose weight their first trimester. I had to go in today for testing because of the pain I have been having in my lower abdominals. I do not have any bleeding or discoloration but I have been having back pain with the cramps so I was getting a little worried.
They think it could be the scar tissue from my endo. Since my uterus is stretching it is causing my endo scars to flare up. Have you heard this?

I've heard about it from random accounts from women. However, my doctor still chalks it up to ligaments stretching, since his patients without endo have the same symptoms.

Another question, as if I haven't asked enough already! A few times I have gone go bed and when I layed done the ceiling was spinning! I feel like I am drunk. Well last night it happened again and i woke up this morning feeling the same way. I got up ate breakfast, and it still has not gone away. I dont know what it is or how to fix it. I have the worse symptoms!

That's how I feel all the time. I have low blood pressure. I constantly feel like I'm on Vicodin, even though I'm not!

I get dizzy a lot because of my sugar levels but this is a different dizziness! I have never been so off balance, I can barely welk from the spinning of the room. And the worse part I have eated and done everything I am suppose to and yet I sill feel this way almost 24 hours later.
My dad said he had the same thing happen to him a few months ago, he went to the Dr. and he had an ear infection that had built up pressure causing the spinning feeling. I figured if it is that I am already on antibiotics so I am not worried.

Oh yah. The room spinning is vertigo. I'm sorry. Mine feels like my head is spinning.
Imbalances of fluid in the semi-circular canals (vestibule/labryinth) of the inner ear can cause this. It's a lot of times viral, though, so antibiotics don't always help it. I had viral vestibulitis one year. It lasted about 3 weeks. There was not much they could do but give me dramamine (for motion sickness), and I wore ear plugs bc the low-frequency sounds would drive me nuts!
You could go to an audiologist or ENT for some testing.

I feel a lot better today, no spinning walls or anything. I am going to continue taking my antibiotics for the Infection and hope that it is also taking care of anything else that might be going on. Obviously if it comes back I will call then to make an appointment. My ears are not bugging me, but my dad said his weren't either. So who knows what is going on, but me being sick is def. very normal! sad to say it but its true

Yah. You won't feel your ears bugging you if it is only in the inner ear, like what causes room spinning w/ vertigo. Hope you keep getting better!

Here is a diagram to better show where the inner ear is and what it consists of.

Basically, the inner ear is where the energy (sound) goes from hydraulic (where you can get the dizziness) to electrical--the auditory nerve where it goes to the brain. Glad you found it informative.

Oh, tiff. The sugar-free rootbeer hits the spot momentarily, but there's definitely no "UP" like w/ the sugary version. I guess that's good, bc then there's no low...but it's not the same!!!!! I wanna' be normal and drink sugary rootbeer again! LOL
