The instructor said that your estrogen when you're pregnant is 1,000 times higher than when not pregnant, and progesterone is 10x's higher than when not pregnant. I knew it was the highest ever, but I didn't know 1,000 times! WOW!

Thats amazing! Especially cos in an ordinary woman that would cause serious problems. Plus endo is known to feed off oestrogen, yet it pauses/dies back during pregnancy. The human body will never cease to amaze me. Keep the tidbits coming ouchy I love all those little facts

Ha I mean a non pregnant woman. I always thought very high levels without due cause was dangerous. I said 'unpregnant woman' at first but it's not even a real word! ;D

LOL! I figured that's what you meant, then I thought...hummm. maybe not. I can't even imagine how it would happen in someone who isn't pregnant who isn't taking some weird hormone therapy. I'm sure if it happened, the person would turn out looking like Michael Jackson. LOL

LOL, since you became pregnant ouchy, you're no longer in the class of "ordinary women!" That is, if you ever were to begin with

LOL! Yes. And I no longer have a vagina. I was informed it is now a "birth canal."
It was so funny! Our instructor was all, "I'm the only one with a vagina in the room! The rest of you have birth canals."

Oh! Sorry, denna. I didn't see your post. Yes. Kegals and also perineal massage were both stressed numerous times. The sooner you start, the better. I haven't started the perineal massage yet. I should have started a while back!
