Just got my test results back from my pelvic ultra sound....they said that I have on Mass on my bladder...and is sending me to the urologist...Which I refreshed there memory....that when this all began....I started off at the gyno, had the ultra sound, found the mass, sent me to the urologist, urologist couldnt find anything.....sent me back to the gyno...where they both came up with endo....had the laproscopy confirmed it was stage 3 endo on bladder.....So I told them to re-check there records, and Im not going to the urlologist for nothing....Im not going back and forth again....So now Im just waiting for them to get back to me....I dont know if I want the surgery again...cause I want to try and get pregnant (since Im 35) and If I get the surgery....that will mean 6 months of lupron etc etc....sorry just venting

Well, you don't hav e to take Lupron after surgery. I didn't. Your doctor might pressure you to do it but it's your choice. If your doctor wants you to take Lupron after surgery that means s/he didn't do a good enough job, because there's still some left!

I second what erzulie said. You DON'T have to go on Lupron, unless you so choose. I've had 2 laps and have never been on it. In fact, like erzulie, I'm not on ANY type of hormone treatment. The decision is up to you, and if you are planning to get pregnant, you should make that known to your docs.

Some urologists actually do surgery. Maybe this urologist is skilled at resecting bladder endo?
