OKKKKKKKKKKKAY. So, I finally had my "clothes shopping day of the decade" day today. I HATE shopping for clothes, and all my old clothes are 1) about 6-10 yrs old...2) too big on me. Thus, my shopping trip to Ross (because I'm cheap like that). I found an awesome pair of boots, which I was pleasantly happy about getting both boots easily zipped over my calves. HIP HIP HOOOORAY! I found a cute little skirt and an awesome shirt, and I headed to the dressing room to try on my ensemble. But OHHHH NO! I was not allowed to bring the boots into the dressing room. Hence, I had to try on the outfit, leave the dressing room w/ the outfit still on, and try to get the boots on (Boots were tied w/ those ziptie things)...all while trying to be modest in a skirt! I tried to bargain with the dressing room attendant that the boots were one item of the 8 item limit on clothes to be tried on at one time. SHEESH! Anyway, I've done my shopping for the next few years--unless I get pregnant and need maternity wear...

Its stupid isn't it, h&m let you in with quite a few items, but when I wanted to try a belt with some jeans, they said no, but leave them on the stool near the door... then someone swiped the belt, and the sales assistant didn't even stop her. I wouldn't mind but the assistant eyed me suspiciously when I asked if I could take the belt in!

That would be soo frustrating. At the retail store I worked at, we didnt have an item limit, and WE would bring you belts/shoes/purses to try on in the changing room! They're part of the outfit, you need to see tham all together!!!

^Awesome policy!!! I think this store I shopped at is just like that bc it is a discount store. Oh well. I found some really cute things. The good thing was that the boots worked w/ the outfit.
