My aunt has a cat, and he usually doesn't like women very much. I'm kind of afraid of cats (mostly because of the super sharp teeth and claws), so I usually stay far away from him. And since I'm preggo, I've really been keeping my distance (I'm being overprotective about not getting toxoplasmosis, even though I'm never in a position to clean his litter box).
Anyway, the other day, about a week after I found out I'm pregnant, we were over at my aunt's house. I was standing in the kitchen and the cat was on the other side of the living room playing with some toy. All of a sudden, he spotted me and lept across the room, straight onto the back of the couch I was standing next to, and he just stared at me contently!
I swear, I think he knew I am pregnant! I honestly believe that animals have some sort of sixth sense about these sorts of things. Like, whenever I was sick when I was younger, my pet dog would come sit by me and cuddle with me (when normally she was super hyper); and my birds used to go crazy a few minutes before every earthquake!

Yeah, I believe animals have a sixth sense, I'd felt very unwell all day in august last year and had been having very bad cramps for almost 6 months, they didnt feel like endo cramps but I assumed they were, anyway, this one day I slept right through to 12 noon which is very un like me and was in agony all day, my dog didnt leave my side but kept looking around for my partner, later that evening my appendix burst!!
