OK, OK I know coffee isn't the best for you, but I'm not giving it up, not one cup a day.
I am however going to ditch the automatic cofee maker and go for a pour over-either Chemex or Hario.
My question is with the prescence of chemicals- which is best when you have estrogen dominance.
A sock type filter/good quality or the bleached filters that remove most of the coffee oils/impurities. Most everyone has said the taste of the coffee w/the unblechased is truly NOT good on those coffee makers.
So sock or bleached?

What about a coffee press? I think they are also called Bodums. I am one to talk though, I switched to instant decaf coffee out of laziness. But that isn't a great solution.
