I have the list of supplements and vitamins recommended. My question is are these supposed to be included in the daily intake or on top of what the daily intake is?

The RDA is typically what a healthy person needs. It depends on the supplements, but if you're ill and trying to get better, it's sometimes beneficial to take supplements in addition to what you're getting with your diet. Again, it really depends on the supplements - some may cause an opposite imbalance of what you may be trying to correct, so it's best to do your research or work with a trusted medical professional (doctor, chiro, naturopath, whatever that might look like for you).
