I likely overdid it, but in my first two days of drinking raspberry leaf tea, I had painful cramping and heavy spotting. Had 3-4 cups both days, made it that morning & took it to work with me, then diluted it with water throughout the day. Had been really excited about it - ran out to purchase a box after reading up on it, then ordered a CASE off Amazon...all before I actually tried it and learned that it's to be added to my DON'T list which includes but is not limited to: figs (bye bye Luna bars), pomegranate, tomatoes, chamomile, garlic, ginger, citrus, grapes, chocolate in large quantities (is there really any other way to take it?!) maca, dairy, soy, wheat...Darn.

ezinearticles.com/?Endometriosis-and-Raspberry-Leaf&id=1966450This is a site I found explaining how red raspberry leaf helps with endo. It says that the Vitamin B complex in it helps to inhibit the "bad estrogen" that causes abnormal cell growth (hey, I am game for that!). I have also read that it may help with infertility (I am game for that too!! lol) Just thought I would share. BTW- it replaces coffee quite nicely.
