Thanks! I’m so upset I can’t even put it into words! I went online last night and filled out a formal complaint with the FDA. This is beyond anything I have ever encountered in my life! I get my hair cut maybe 2-3x per year MAX! My stylist is always saying what great healthy hair I have, very little to no split ends, none of this makes any sense. It’s not like I had damaged hair, it was super healthy. I literally have a time line on useage as well, I kept emailing my friend about how I wasn’t sure if I was digging it or not and how it was causing build up. There’s my post here as well so I totally know when this all happened. There are so many complaints on the internet about the product as well, same types of comments, made hair fall out, broke hair, someone tell me HOW in the world the company is so reckless to continue to put this product out there for people to learn the hard way! People were even saying how it clogs their drains, they never had to use draino before and this stuff literally coated the drain in their house! It’s the silicones in the product! I don’t know a lot about ingredients like that either but honestly, this just blows. My friend keeps trying to cheer me up, she’s like just think, in afew months it will be nice and long again, by summer it should be back. She’s sweet, I’ve been in the dumps since Saturday when I had it fixed. My poor stylist, even she was like I really hate to have to cut off so much but we just had to make it even. Pity party in full effect.

Nope, haven't tried it - it has too many ingredients I'm trying to avoid. I also saw a lot of reviews that people's hair falls at out a faster rate with it, so I'm steering clear and am only using product with ingredients I can pronounce once a week. You know what's funny Loveshoes? I have found out the hard way that when I don't listen to Karen I always find myself in deep sh*t. LOL! Also, online reviews are extremely helpful. I'm sorry this happened to you. I ruined my hair once experimenting with a hair product and I remember feeling so terrible about it. My hair is to my waist too! There isn't much you can do except wait for it to grow back and find some cute new styles to help you cope in the mean time.

My cut is still the same, it’s just 3” shorter in length but I just love it long, it’s a big difference going from hair do back bra strap to just now past my collar bone. Picture length of Kelly Rippa, that’s how it is now vs. longer. Well, at least it’s fresh now and can put all the energy into growing. I got my money back from where I purchased it and I called the manufacturer to have my incident on record and I requested they cover my expense of having to get my broken off hair fixed so that’s pending. At least it’s winter, blah season, by spring, it should be good again I suppose.

Yeah I hear you. I hate when my hair gets messed up too. It's such a big part of our appearance. I'm sure your new cut looks great!
