So I have been pretty lazy and I am just starting an alternative life to help with my endo. So I already have it planned that I am starting the endo-diet following Xmas or new year modifying it a little to completely gluten free and 90%vegetarian. I remember when I was a vegan I felt awesome but since my fiancé is a chicken lover it made dinner hard but enough about that. On to why am posting this right now.
I already love yoga, for starters, yoga is awesome! But I know I am going to need a little more than just that. I'm borderline obese and i know bringing my weight down will help as well. I'm 5'2.5" and weight 170lbs and I know that definitly doesn't help my problem. So what I am asking is what kind of exercises you guys recommend?
I will tell you a little more about me so you can better help me. I had spinal surgery when I was 12, which two rods and 7 pins were placed perminatly, that does effect my bending, sit ups and crunches prove challenging, as with much of the yoga I already like to do. Because of this i also have a bad hip and knee because when my back was straightened in the surgery it pushed everything else out of the alignment it had grown to with a crook'ed spin. I can work out doing lunges but I can't do as many as I would like and I found running to be hard since the one side tends to bother me quicker than the other and it's rather frustrating, now im not saying I won't do running, I used to love running just got boring doing it alone. But with that said I still try damn hard to do routines even when I know um not capable so I just need suggestions.
Also I will have 4 hours between classes two days a week where I have access to a fully equipt gym! I already plan On at least running on the tread mill but I can't see me, or anyone for that matter, doing so for 4 hours that's nuts.
So in shourt guess I need help figuring out what else to do that I might be able to manage.
