I didn't have stage 4, had stage 3 endo. but I got pregnant immediately after having surgery (actually found out I was prego at my post op appt!!) and I never had to go on Lupron. I have 2 sons now and my endometriosis is coming back hard core. I just wanted to let you know that there is hope.

Karen's tip on that book TCOYF is a big one, so many women on here have recommended it for everything from knowing your body better to learning more to increase your chances of getting pregnant when there are fertility issues such as PCOS and endo involved. We're rooting for you!

still never started a flow. keep spotting off and on but that is it. it is so light. that it isn't even enough for a panty liner. and a lot of times it has been nothing at all. I made an appt to go to my gyno for Nov 1st. to see if anything needs to be done and tell them we are trying to conceive. my wedding is Dec 2nd and honeymoon on the 3rd for a week. just worried my cycle will start and ruin my wedding and honeymoon. esp that we will be on the cruise and I will be in the water most of the time. it will make a huge mess on the wedding night.
