Jenaya, I do take probiotics. I was trying to eat yogurt every day but even that little bit of dairy was giving me pain, so I take Klaire Labs Ther-Biotic every night. So far I can rule out peanuts and almonds. Corn is next! This whole thing kinda brings about the question, just how much is knowledge worth to me? Because once I know what I'm allergic to... I will probably still eat them (at least occasionally).

You might eat them from time to time but if they produce a terrible reaction or make you feel sick then it might give you the motivation to avoid them for good. I think that's how a lot of us quit eating certain foods because we learn from diet changes just how terrible they make us feel. It's really hard at times, not gonna lie! But if I just remind myself of the pain, brain fog, skin rashes, and terrible feeling, it's easy to avoid them. I still think it's worth a try to figure this out because at least you'll know what the cause of some of your symptoms are.

You know, it sounds like a good approach! Might as well see what's going on, see if there's anything else that can be done before you go under the knife. Keep us posted, k?
(oh, and you KNOW I'm super excited that she knows about the benefits of PPT! You can tell the PT what you're comfortable with and build up that comfort level before doing any internal work, if it's even necessary.)
