1.) Click on the "search" button at the top of the page: 2.) Enter some key words or topics in the "Search for" section. Words or phrases like "pain during ovulation" or "lupron" work nicely 3.) Here is the part that I think everyone gets mixed up on (including myself). In order to fully maximize your search, you have to change these two sections. Change the "posted within the last" value to something stupidly huge like 500 days. If you leave it at the default 7 days, chances are you wont find what you're looking for. The second value that should be changed is the "maximum results." I usually choose 50 so that I get as many hits as possible. Also, if you want to search in one specific thread then you can check off only the threads you want to search in too. I usually just search the entire board.

So apparently the subject/title tick boxes don't work. I guess just keep everything at default except for "posted within the last" and the "maximum search results."
