I live where there are long winters and little sunlight. I use a light box in the winter. Used consistently, it works for me. I do it right after work. I am also taking vit. d as most people where I live are very low in it. I feel better if I have a trip during spring break to somewhere warm to look forward to, but none this year. SAD is a real illness and treatable. Good luck.
