My bitch for the day:
I purposefully avoid all talk about politics because I HATE HATE HATE how it makes people argue. It's all a bunch of overly opinionated, argumentative, angry people. That's what politics does to people. I've never ever seen someone able to talk about politics without getting angry. So for this reason, I avoid it like the plague.
My husband, however, bitches NON stop about this crap! He watches the news and starts yelling crap at the TV ranting about blah blah blah blah. I HATE POLITICS!! And I have to hear him bitch and whine about it all the effing time! I HATE IT!

Why is it that men yell at the tv and actually think that the people on the other side can hear them? Ugh I once saw a tshirt that said boys are stupid, throw rocks at them! LOL!

I'm bitching at my pain...again. It will not shift. I have just resorted to 2 tramadol and 2 paracetamol. I took ibuprofen this morning but have been trying to manage with heat all day. As I didn't sleep last night or much in the week I need to sleep - I'ma grumpy bitch!
On the plus side, I'm now third in line for my endo-anal scan. I reckon from what the secretary said I should have the scan in about 8 weeks all being well.

Well, my bitch for today is my mare STILL hasn't foaled. This morning she has thick colostrum, won't eat, and is pacing her paddock. I had scheduled the day off from work already because I was supposed to be on vacation, and it worked out extremely well because I have to stay home to watch her AND I got my period last night. I guess that ended up being a positive. It's kind of nice to be able to curl up with movies and a heating pad on period day. I'm usually in complete agony at work! It's a an absolutely beautiful day here (in the 80's), but I don't care...I have the shades drawn and am about to put in movie #2.
Wish me luck tonight girls!!! I don't know how much longer the poor thing can cross her legs...

OOOh! good luck horse! and Talia it's good to have a day off when you need one. I feel so lucky every month, the last 2 months I've had 3 day weekend for my period, how lucky is that lol... hope it goes good for your horse and you both |
