Our water heater broke! That's not why I need to b*tch though. My tummy has been acting up, severe bloating and angry belly. I hate it. Its even more frustrating that I can't convince my hubby its something that deserves an ER trip so we can finally get it diagnosed and I almost had him convinced. My clinic takes so long that its usually gone by the time I get in to the doctor a week later. I don't like bitchin about my hubby cause he is a good hubby but last night the water heater went bang, pow, pop and that was when he stopped listening to how bad the pain was. Its a legitimate reason... it just sucks!

Gem how long til your scan and surgery again? This is looking more and more serious to me. Would they bump it forward if you go to Emergency? Pretty is worried.... poor little Gem!  |

Omak, that sucks! I'd show up with the paper in hand that shows the appointment they effed up! Demand they see you or you will puke and have diarrhea all over their office!

BM's have been numerous and loose and painful, so I don't think it's a blockage. The vomiting has passed but still feel nauseous. Pain is everywhere, and I'm feeling more and more exhausted. I know I'm run down but I'm not usually a run down person if you know what I mean, although this cold I have has lingered for over a week now. ATM I have upper back pain, lower back pain and rectal pain. On and off stabbing pains that make me inhale but nothing worse than the usual ones. My entire abdomen is tender and hurts when I stand fully upright. God that sounds whingy!! I ate some hula hoops this afternoon as they are dry and I kept them down. Maybe it's just a bad week! Thank you all for worrying, but sorry for worrying you! Pretty, my Granny used to call me little Gem  I'm due to ring the hospital again next week and I'm hoping they'll have an appointment for me, fingers crossed... |

Maybe I'll start calling you 'lettuce'. Might be worth asking them to scan your gallbladder! Sometimes with a partial blockage you do get the runs when bits manage to move past. If you're feeling this bad maybe you should be calling someone? You poor thing x

yeah Gem, that sounds awfully Gallbladerish to me as well! I got horrible nausea and diarrhea with mine.

I'm going to have an early night and see how I feel tomorrow, maybe it is just a bad week. After every period I feel awful and worse each month, so maybe it's just that. Can't wait for my scan and some progress!!

Gem, I also had issues like that when my sigmoid colon was mangled, twisted sideways, and glued to my pelvic wall w endo!

Well, I have what I think are adhesion pains (from the descriptions people have given) so I wouldn't be at all surprised if that was the cause of a lot of the pain I'm getting.

SO BUMMED! My stupid horse was due on Monday, STILL hasn't had her baby, so now I can't go to the Food Network's South Beach Food and Wine Festival I've had tickets for, for months! I'm just so bummed. I haven't been able to get away from the farm in such a long time, and my mom had this awesome weekend planned out for us. I should've known. I knew this week was her due date all along, but she ususally "reads the book" and foals when she's supposed to. Figured she would go early on in the week, so I'd be free by the weekend. Sounded to good to be true Can't a girl catch a break?!? |

Damn, that would have been SO fun! Any chance you can have someone else step in for you? I would LOVE to be able to go to the Food & Wine festival. Sounds so yummy!!! That really sucks. |

BABY HORSE! sorry talia, just got stuck in the cuteness trap there! watch now your horse will wait til the end of the weekend to foal. unless of course you do go out of town, then she'll just wait until you check into your hotel! lol damn animals and their stupid timing issues. sucks! I'm whining to myself cuz hubby has flu again, I'm pretty worried about him, but I'm bummed becuase I really like to have alone time once in a while and I havent been BY MYSELF in about a week. I'm about to rent an apartment in town and install cable and a futon and just be PRETTY for a while. damn men and their damn needy fussy bullsh!t driving me NUTS! ok I feel better. |
