I've been fatigued for literally 15 years. It's just not normal to become exhausted after a game of hackey-sack at the age of 17 (I'm not a stoner, I just lived in SoCal at the time, lol).
*sigh*
Maybe the 2 mile, vigorous walk I did today will knock me out properly, so I can get a real, normal night's sleep. It was nice - took only 40 minutes, cut through the swanky neighborhood, and even got my chubby ass honked at, on the way home.

Ooh, Cherry, how exciting! Hope you see more days like that!!! I just have it so ingrained in my head that in order to feel better I just need to work out more, but it's been twice now that my new doc told me to take it easy. It's refreshing to hear that from a doc, isn't it?? Usually they are all about 'you should really be getting x # of hours in per week to lose weight', where as she told me that weight is secondary to adrenal. She assures me that typically once adrenal issues are addressed properly and the body is functioning as it should, the weight naturally comes off. I lost 20+ pounds when I first started bio-identical hormone/adrenal treatment and have plateaued since but have to think there's some relation there!! And Sunshine, nice work on the walk. The honk sounds like a nice bonus!

I'm really struggling with fatigue lately. I literally feel like I could sleep everyday all throughout the day. I go to yoga at least once a week, but I struggle even with that and going to work part time. It's really starting to get me down.
