Has anyone with Stage IV endo had success with a combination of clomid, HCG shot and IUI?
I am looking for a few success stories, as I consider this option.
thanks, ellene

I know we've had at least one girl for whom clomid worked. Several with multiple failed Clomid/IUI's, but none that I know of w/ a trigger shot.
Unless the endo has mangled your tubes or your husband has bad sperm, I can't see how this would put you better off--the IUI just brings the sperm to the uterus, and they fertilize the eggs in the tubes. It just gives the sperm a little head start. They still have to swim.
Anyway, unless you have ovulation issues and plan to use this to induce your ovulation if you dont' ovulate on your own, I can't see this working any better than just reading your cervical fluid and having well-timed intercourse.

Yes I finished the book a week ago. It was very helpful. Thanks for your responses.
