Hi,
I was wondering if any other ladies who have had pregnancies might be able to help me out..
The background is that for the past year my endo has been like clockwork, first thing in the morning its painful until I have a bowel movement (sorry if too much info)! and after that it eases. This all changed nearly 2 weeks ago I havent been getting my normal routine or any other real endo pains, a few twinges but not like is normal to me (I'm sure you will all know what I mean)!
I missed about 4 days contraceptive pill just over 2 weeks ago and was wondering if this sounds familiar to any of you who have had pregnancies? I feel its too early to test as I dont have the money to waste on another negative result if im just being paranoid!!
thanks

VERY plausible! I took just one pill thinking I would go back on the pill for endo pain, and then I decided nto to take them. Even though I took just one and didn't take the rest, it induced ovulation, and I got pregnant. Good luck! If this happened 2 weeks ago, I'd buy a sensitive test and give it a go! If you want to order tests in bulk for the price of like one, I can let you knwo where to order them.

First off, yeah for no real endo pains! Whatever is going on, at least cherish that!
Until you get a preg test or get your period, are there any recent changes in meds, supplements, or foods you've been eating/avoiding that may account for the change?

Ouchy-yeah I think I will look into buying them in bulk, we were going to start ttc in August anyway so may as well stock up now! Thanks that would be reallu helpful.
Olsenka- The only thing I have started having a more regular basis is a pro biotic drink, I have had them before and I was sure they didnt make a difference. Do you think this could be the 'culprit' ?( I say it like its a bad thing my endo pain has pretty much disappeard)! I am on a progesterone only pill and take it right through with no brakes ever so I cant even wait for my period to find out, makes me even more inpatient because I dont have anything to wait for till I know

Here is a link to the guy's e-bay store. He ships from Canada, but his shipping rate is very reasonable. shop.ebay.com/merchant/medical-wholesale_W0QQ_nkwZQQ_armrsZ1QQ_fromZQQ_mdoZYou're still taking the pill? I'd stop until you find out for sure whether or not you are pregnant. I know they say that the hormones don't hurt the baby...but if that is the case, why do they recommend stopping them if you find yourself to be pregnant. You should call your doctor.

Do you think this could be the 'culprit' ? Hmm, I'm not sure, but whatever the case, don't stop! (Unless of course it would be an issue if you ARE pregnant, but I'm not sure about that at all. Ouchy might know, perhaps? She knows everything!) I had been taking acidopholus (sp?) for a while, then ran out and it was a week until I was able to get to the store. I felt really run down that week, lethargic, and had a bit more pain than normal. I started up on a good probiotic and things seemed to return to more normal. I can't say if it was actually the probiotic or some of the other supplements my naturopath has me on, but I'm certainly not going to stop taking it! Whatever the case, best of luck!

I dont' know everything!!!! FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR from it! I DO know that I want to go see "Bruno" the movie, though! I was told to take my probiotic during my pregnancy so I wouldn't get bacterial vaginosis and yeast infection ping-pong. So, those should be safe. Just ask your doc to be sure, though. AH. Haha. T hat wasn't the question. Sorry. I just feel better when I take them bc my tummy is better. I don't know about energy, though. I'm sure if you feel better, you have more energy? Not much help, am I! Seeeeee! Far from a guru!
