Would you ever get a Brazillian wax?

I wax my upper lip and eyebrows, and I've waxed under my arms and my legs before, but I don't know if I'd ever be brave enough for a Brazillian!

I wax my lip and brows and would really like a brazillian but have not got the nerve yet to go in. I hope I build up my confidence before I go into labor because i would like to have it done.

I've done it...one word: OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.
Actually, once you go on a regular basis, it doesn't hurt as bad because the hairs thin out.
Anyone ever done threading?? It hurts like a you know what, but your eyebrows come out awesome!!

My sister-in-law has that done. I always have this vision of a little, fat gypsy woman threading her sideburns. LOL!

Sometimes it's hard to find. If you call around I bet you can find a spa that does it, though!! Just be prepard, the first few time hurt worse than waxing!!

Not sure. It's typically a Middle Easter/Mediterranean thing. LOL. Tess is the first American I know who knows of threading! LOL Must be the hairy Mediterranean in her. JUST KIDDING!!!

Ouchy, you have NO idea. lol My hair grows back at a rate 10 times the norm for any girl!
The reason I know of threading is because my parents own a spa and offer it!!

That's awesome! My whole family knows of threading, but I've never met anyone else who knows who is "unethnic." LOL I think it is just furry girls like us!

Haha. Most likely!! Damn Italian blood. I have a very olive complextion, and the hair on my arms is sooo dark. If I don't get sun during the winter and become just the slightest bit white....I look scary. Lol.

I waxed my arms once! Luckily, the hair didn't grow back as thickly. I used to bleach it in high school! The most embarrassing thing was one time I was driving my brother somewhere. The air conditioner was on, and he said, "Sissy! Your arm hair is blowing in the wind!" LOL

Yesss. I've had the happen, too! My nephews are ruthless, maybe it's a little boy thing - but they make fun of me all the time! lol I just look at them and tell them...oh you two just wait!

i was in bali with a matese girl and the bar man at hard rock cafe asked if he could stroke her arm as he had never seen a woman with hairy arms like her! it was very funny...
threading is popular in asia well it was when i was there but i was not game enough i trust only one person with my eyebrow waxing... brazilians dont hurt and everyone shoudl try it once!!!

Oh never...i am so scared of waxing. I had it done the once for my wedding and it hurt so bad that i've never gone near it again. Gosh i am such a wimp. I've had my upper lip threaded and that hurt too Threading is so common in Asian people..both my sisters thread each others eyebrows and upper lip. My eyebrows are naturally well shaped..with a few stray hairs..but i never touch them. I use VEET for hair removal and u can even leave it on whilst having a shower..!
