Hi, denna. So sorry about your period. If you are interested in reading the book I read (Taking Charge of Your Fertility), it is SO helpful! One of my friends kept doing IUI and nothing worked. Then she read this book, and she got pregnant the first month she tried after reading it. I think you can get it on ebay. Let me check. Yep. There are a lot of them for very cheap. Maybe they will ship to your country. search.ebay.com/taking-charge-of-your-fertility_W0QQfromZR8QQfsooZ1QQfsopZ3QQsbrsrtZd I really, really recommend the book! Thanks for your thoughts and prayers! I hope this little thing sticks!

Hi denna, sorry dear. But don't give up. Since I have hard the news from ouchy, I started to believe it will happen with me also. Adoption is a good idea. I also have planned to do so, but will continue ttcing even after. You can practice yoga for releasing stress. I have found a CD of yoga for child less couples. I will buy it soon. I will also buy the book that ouchy suggested. ouchy, I like to see yours, please let me. How many weeks have you past since conceived?

Hi, tan. I am 19 days past ovulation; however, when you get pregnant, they count ovulation as 2 weeks pregnant. You get 2 weeks for free, which to me is stupid, because not everyone ovulates on day 14. Oh well, so I'm considered 4 weeks, 6 days pregnant...when the embryo is only about 1/2 of that!!! I'll add my preg. chart to my list of charts showing problems, and I'll private message it to you.

Hi denna, I found the CD in an Indian site. here is the link healthservices.divyayoga.com/product_reviews.php?products_id=252I haven't seen the contents yet. It is not available in my local shops. Today I am going to order in the site. the problem is the VCD is in an Indian language. If your hubby understand Hindi, then he can interpret you. You can try to buy from the site, if shipping is not available, I will send you from here.

Hi Denna, How is your yoga class going? Now a days I am attending a yoga camp of 6 days. This is the camp of yoga teacher whose CD I referred to you. He mainly stressed on different types of breathing exercises(pranayam). Today I have bought that CD, though I haven't seen the content yet. But feeling very positive after hearing his words of hope. I have to increase timings of practice.

Do you get "Astha international" TV channel ? Pranayams and yoga exercises are taught in this channel 10am to 12pm and 5pm-6pm. There was so many girls in the camp, suffering from infertility, benefited by practicing "kapalbhati" and "anulambilam" pranayam regularly. The yoga teacher is saying, it will take 3 to 6 months, at the max 1 year to conceive. So from today I have started yoga from 5.30 am to 8am. Let see what happens. I have watched the CD, 7 pranayams are told to practice along with few asanas. You can buy the CD Divya Yog Sadhna (Pranayam and Yog Aasan)-(Part-I & II)(In English) from this link healthservices.divyayoga.com/index.php?cPath=23&osCsid=3efd2e0c886d1cb47b5939911d6a3a76 . Then I can tell you what are the asanas preferred for infertility and timings for pranayams.

Hi Tan, I guess you mean me? I'm good. Ttc again this month so fingers crossed. My cycle last month was 30 days though, so I have no clue when I'll ovulate unlike most months. I should've bought opks but I just couldn't take the pressure of doing that. We'll just have to spread it out over longer!!
