Thanks denna. Yes, ovulation was detected by doing ultrasound on every alternate day. On clomid 100mg endometrium thickness was also good, 12mm.

then it should be ok. i chose IUI to have less tense..without it you have to do it evryday or laternate day..we still do our homework after IUI but it feels better as i know when i ovulate and when the eggs rapture..

I started ultrasound from day 6(as instructed by my doctor). Actually is was too early to start usg. But you can predict when you are going to ovulate by monitoring CM and OPK. Though this process is not as perfect as doing usg. I couldn't understand what you want to mean by homework, is it BDing? I am going for 3rd round of clomid soon.

usg means ultrasonography. "homework" I guessd, I was right. DBing(Baby Dancing) is also same thing. Still I am thinking about another clomid round. In 2nd round everything seems perfect, follicles size(29mm,23mm), endometrium(12mm) and two follicles ruptured, so double the chances, but at last no BFP. My doctor said ovulation is not enough, there are a lot of other process to be taken place after ovulation for successful conception. And as I have understood in conventional allopathic medicine there is nothing to help in those process. So some time I am thinking to start yoga again and try homeopathy for some time. If it help to regain balance of my body to some extends, after which ovary stimulating may give fruitful result. But on the other hand doctor is telling me I should not waste time, as chances are heigher just after lap. Please let me know your views. I am in dilemma and cannot be able to take the decision. denna, do you know how IUI helps in endo.

what do you doctor mean when he said, you should not waste your time? what is he suggesting? if IUI then i think you should go for it? what stopping you? it's not confortable but some people do get pregnant through IUI ( I've asked the nurses when my doctor is not around). i'm not very sure but i read some hwhere that id our cervical muscus is too acidic it can kill sperm and it won't reach your cervik.(anyone pls correct me if i'm wrong) with IUI, the sperm is inserted right through and they have selected the sperm ( i miss the chance seeing my gynae did that)

Actually I couldn't tell my doctor that I want to go for alternative medicines. I asked her , whether I can have break from tcc for few months, so she said I can but I shouldn't. She is not suggesting IUI right now, just put me on clomid for few more months.
