period lasted 6 days. it was so pain free that I didn't even have to take an aleve. we started trying again as of last night. even though according to the chart, my fertile period is the 8th-13th. even though I had a period, still no proof that I will actually start ovulating. my fertile period is also right during the honeymoon. hoping to have the most awesome Christmas present of all, a positive pregnancy test!

Oh, and tigergirl, you only ovulate one day a month, and it's usually a week or more after your period. Are you charting your temps to see when you ovulate?

Still trying to conceive. Had 2nd period off Lupron. Period started on nov 30th. Lasted 7 days. Bought an ovulation kit. Got a positive lh surge on the 20th. Had sex every day except once that week. Had some brown discharge today. Been peeing a lot. Husband said my body felt really warm last night. Go to gyno tomorrow for my wellness visit.

Didn't get pregnant this cycle again. Started bleeding lightly so know it is my period. 3rd period off Lupron so def have a regular 33 day cycle. Did an ovulation kit and had sex on all the fertile days. Everything looked good from doc. But may have low egg reserve. And I am now 35 and a half. Never been preg. No miscarriage, not even a chemical preg.

Hi all, I've been ttc since May 2011. I have endo on my right ovary and my uterus is stuck on my bowel. Left ovary is okay. This cycle I had good CM, very dark ovulation tests, ovulated from left ovary and had sex at the right moments. I feel that conception happened (feeling 'different' down there since 3dpo (extremely sensitive) and little twinges in my belly that I normally don't have and just a 'feeling' that it happened). On 7dpo I had a little brown discharge. Today I am 10dpo and had it again (only when I go to the toilet/ when I have a bowel movement). I have had this early spotting twice before and these where also the cycles where I was sure conception had happened (on those cycles I also had nausea, extremely swollen and sensitive breasts and had twinges and cramps in my belly). Both of those cycles my real period came late and was extremely painful and awful. My feeling is that implantation keeps going wrong. It is so frustrating to do everything you can to have a healthy and on-time ovulation, have sex at the most fertile moments and do all you can the next days to keep the 'embryo' inside (I am too scared to have an orgasm, work out, eat things like sushi...it is extremely cold where I live and I am wearing a little towel on my belly everytime I leave the house, just to keep the 'baby' warm) and then see that awful spotting again. I know I sound crazy!! I know I can work out and have sex, but I don't want to feel like I could have done more when I turn out not to be pregnant. If that makes any sense... People tell me to relax and just see what happens but I am a bit of a controlfreak AF should (not!!!) come this Wednesday. I am trying to tell myself to let go for this cycle, b/c of the spotting and not to get my hopes up it is implantation bleeding. I know I'll be heartbroken when I get my period Every woman who goes through ttc has these difficult moments, but for us endo-women it is even harder I think. Not only do we have to deal with the disappointment every time, most of us also have to deal with the terrible (physical) pains of endo on top of that.

Fingers crossed you don't get your period!
Have you had your progesterone levels checked? Have you talked to your doc about supplementing with a little bit? Have you had your thyroid checked (TSH, free T3, and free T4)?

Peachy- I understand where you are coming from, and hope you are indeed preggo! On those late cycles, did you ever get a positive test? Can you talk to your doc about getting a blood test if you are late, and checking your levels more frequently? Do you temp? Sorry- that's a lot of q's along with Karen's I was initially worried about exercise during the middle of my cycle and was being hyper about things, but I love running and sometimes sex just isn't going to happen and that just has to be okay. We've only been trying since Nov. after essentially a year long break, I'm not sure how long we'll keep it up before exploring other options. The waiting game after O is the worst, I wish I could train myself to just not think about it! Good luck & baby dust!

No, I didn't get pregnant this month either. On to cycle number 4. I start clomid. My progesterone is dropping off too quickly. That is why I am having breakthrough bleeding and not getting pregnant. He said clomid will help with all that.

Semi, just wanted to let you know I 100% support your approach. I know it sounds goofy, but I think relaxing and enjoying your life (and your sex life) are really important to getting pregnant. Good luck, girls!

Thank you for your replies Karen en Semicolon! Unfortunately I am not pregnant yet. I did get a super vague test but got my period anyway. I have taken a break the last two cycles, because I felt I was so obsessed that I forgot to enjoy life a little. We have still been trying ofcourse, but no more O-tests and planned sex and all that. I also left the board for a while and started exercising hard. I haven't had any of the bloodwork done you girls mentioned. In two weeks I will get my lap done to remove endo from my bowel, bladder and ovary. I am pretty nervous about it After that we will see how things are and how to proceed with ttc.

I'm sorry. I hope the break is good for your well being and I hope the lap addresses some of your issues and improves.your chances for a BFP!
