Told you so!!!! After only 2 hours, aren't you shocked that 1. you don't already know all this and 2. no doctor has ever spoken about a fraction of what you're reading? Happy ready, and I hope it gives you some optimism and direction!!

Good idea denna. I have been trying to conceive for a while now (4-5 years) no luck yet. I've never been pregnant.

Hi there--sorry for your struggles with conceiving. Difficulty conceiving can come from so many causes, so it's hard to say anything without knowing more. Do you know if you do ovulate?

Have you read TCOYF (see my signature below)? It'll help you identify your own fertility signals, and will let you know if you're ovulating on your own. Clomid certainly has its uses, but it can change the pH of your cervical fluid, which could make it more difficult for sperm to survive. So it'll help you ovulate, but might be counter-productive. Something to think about!

Officially trying to conceive. So add me to the list. 35 had stage 4 endo so bad last year. Lupron got rid of it. I took my last injection July 23rd. Still no period but we been actively trying for a month. It will take a miracle though for me to get pregnant naturally.

Hi there. I would like to be added to this list as well. I have been TTC with the help of dr's for 3 years now. I do not ovulate on my own and I was also diagnosed with endo with a lap done last week. I am waiting for a follow up with my doc in early nov to schedule another surgery to remove as much of it as possible. I am also waiting for a referal to a fertility hospital to talk about other options if we are unable to conceive naturally, but as you all know, this is a very expensive option and in the province I live in in canada, infertility treatments are not covered. I spent all day yesterday reading this thread and it has given me renewed hope that we may be able to finally get the baby we always dreamed of. My thoughts go out to all of you other ladies in this same position as me and hope that we all eventually get the results we so much desire and deserve.

officially got my period today after a little over 3 months off lupron. this period is so easy, not the cramps I was used to. so this means I have the green light to start trying! yay! I think I will be starting the basal temp thing but I have so much going on. that I will prob have to wait til after our Dec 2nd wedding. just hope that since I started officially on Oct 28th that my period won't come like clockwork next month. was so regular before lupron that you could time my periods almost down to the hour. that would put me on my period for the wedding and our carribbean cruise honeymoon where I will be in the water a lot. that would not make me happy.

congratulations, Tiger! That's such great news, on so many levels. I definitely recommend temping. Besides conception (which isn't my focus), I've learnt so much, and have so much more information now to take to doctors. It's been an incredible change for me.

this period has been a breeze. heavy flow but no cramping. it was just like my periods before the lupron but none of the pain that had with the endo. but my periods even with the endo wasn't painful to make me miss on anything. would take some aleve and be back out there. and that was with stage 4. mine was concentrated all in my bowels/colon and left ovary. my right side was endo free. can't wait to start trying for real. charted all my fertile days and will try the basal temp. I hope I am one of the lucky ones who gets pregnant first cycle or two after lupron. at 35, I don't have years of trying like some of you have. don't know if I can handle negative pregnancy test after test.

Haha nice one semi! Tiger, don't be too dishearetened by a few negative tests, and make sure you don't take them too soon! Even without all the problems that come with endo, most women don't fall preggers straight away - a lot of things have to fall into place before the little squiggly thing reaches the target!
