Hi everyone ! I have just been " diagnosed" with endometriosis due to an endometrioma cyst of about 6 cm on mt left ovary. I am super scared of surgery and wondering if anyone can share their experiences with me ? Does the surgery actually work is it worth it? Im also so worried they'll tell me ill have to lose my one ovary ( I'm 28 and just got married so haven't had any children yet). Has anyone also have any experience of their endometrioma shrinking and going away on its own? Are there any natural remedies out there? Any advice/tips/thoughts are welcome as this is all very new to me and its very scary!
Thanks !
Ana

Hi and welcome!!!
I've not had an endometrioma so unfortunately cannot advise on that part but can tell you diet definitely helps I've found going dairy free in general helps and plenty fruits and veg no wheat as this agitates me. I'm sure there's a post somewhere about endometrioma
I've found also drinking sea moss helped me immensely as when they did my surgery they only found one small superficial spot on right ovary and I reckon got is because I had sea moss daily full of nuts and dairy free for around 3 months prior
I really hope this helps
