It sometimes feels like we are lab rats experimenting with our bodies and bc. I tried everything I could but I was so ultra sensitive I couldn't do it anymore. Has your doc ever given you provera tablets? I got them and took them for a little it helped without be locked into the 3 month depoprovera shot which made me very depressed. I think the natural approach has best suited me. Massage therapy, accupuncture and supplements along with diet change. Karen has a word of knowledge in that field. It sounds like that may be the way you want to go aswell. If your emotional state is causing sucidal thoughts I highly suggest seeing a therapist and talking it all out. Thanks for sharing and please vent here as much as you feel comfortable doing. We are all here to help and support you.

Hi everyone again. It's been a few months. I decided against taking birth control pills or anything like that. I took an anti-depressant to see if it helps, and still had really really really terrible depression. Not to mention perhaps it's my body's way of telling me that if I were to stay on one of those things, I'd develop a fatal side effect. I know they don't happen often, but they do happen and I'm really wary of them. I've been successful in changing my diet, however, cutting out most processed foods and sugars, and not even looking back. Am I still doomed? Thanks for the support & hope you all have been well.

Do you have a psychiatrist that you feel comfortable with and trust? That kind of consistent, unbroken depression, which doesn't seem to be helped by the anti-depressants you've been on, clearly isn't being addressed properly. Do you have someone to turn to to help you figure out the mental health side? I know when you're depressed, doing anything can be so hard. Hope you can find some help. hang in there.

Hi Seashell! Nice to see you girl... How do you feel physically on the diet? do you feel any relief from pain? I'm glad you came back and posted, I wondered how you were doing. Have you done any research into bio-identical hormones as Karen mentioned in her post? I've still not gone back to my NP since don't really have the cash for that but I'm still on the diet. Still not pregnant either but we're still trying... So you're still feeling very depressed, is that constant? Sometimes toxins in our body can put us in a funk (I've heard) and maybe you could do a cleanse or something and sort of get a fresh perspective, see how you react? I am due for one myself, and I need to get more serious with the diet too. Anyway please PM me if I can help or you want to chat k Pretty
