I have a teenaged daughter. I was just told this past Friday I have endo. My aunt had to have a complete hysterectomy (sp?) bc of endo. I do not yet know if mine is inherited or what. Should I have my daughter checked for endo, just in case? Unfortunately, she has started "hers" she got it for a Christmas Eve present..... great, huh?

I'd say make sure she's aware, but dont force it if she doesn't have symptoms. Like let her know she can come to you if she starts showing signs like having pain or whatnot.
Christmas Eve, huh. Almost as bad as mine coming on Father's Day during a huge family campout. Lol

I have an almost eight year old going on thirteen. She is going to be a real peach when she starts cycling. She is already so emotional and full of drama! YIKES. My kids are all so close together that they are all in the same scary age. Not quite to puberty but creeping up on it soon. My son grew 1 1/2 inches in about two months. He eats everything and we call him the human garbage disposal. He thinks its funny and cleans up all the plates on the table. LOL

I have talked to her about this and she's agreed to let me know if anything doesn't feel right. N yeah, Christmas Eve, no stores open, couldn't find anyone that used pads. I ended up driving to a friend in next town about 5 miles away!
