Oh, and the funniest part - I sleep against the wall and was on my side with my face looking toward it. I sneezed and WACK! my head went right into the wall.

I was so worried about having my lap because I had been sneezing a LOT in the couple of weeks leading up to it, and sneezing hurts my endo areas! Somehow, I didn't sneeze for ages after my lap, even though I'd been given flowers. Phew!!

Wow....your man's parents and sister SUCK, tess...LOL!
I don't mind having my SIL stay with us when they come up this summer, but she is cool...LOL. I totally lucked out in the "in law" department! My man's mom and dad are absolutely wonderful!
I think your man also has to cut the apron strings. My honey would NOT put up with people inviting themselves to stay in an apartment with us (now that we're in a house it's fine, because we have extra space), even if they ARE family.

That's the thing, she totally invited herself. She didn't even ask, "Oh, can I help you move?" It was more like, "When are you moving, I want to help, I'll tkae off of work." I appricate the help, but seriously - why does she need to stay all the way till Saturday? I know it sort of worked out because she had originally planned to go to Tampa on Sunday, but I thought she would go home Friday and fly to Tampa on Sunday with his parents. Now, his parents are driving his car up for him, so she is staying Friday to Saturday and Saturday I have to spend the day with his family instead of relaxing in me new apartment.
There's a good chance on Saturday...I'm not going to feel all that wonderful :X

Well my mother in law is great and when we first moved in together, even before we were married or engaged. it was his mom that went and gave us all kinds of kitchen appliences and cooking tools. She is one of the most sympathetic people helping me through everything. Sorry to brag but I just felt I should let you all know that some guys parents are helpful. About the sneezing thing I am sorry. I get bad allergies once a year usually in August and I usually have atleast one bad episode where I sneeze sooo much that I get a bloody nose.

I agree. My mother-in-law is way more helpful than my mom. Like doctors, it depends on the person.
