Well, today I went to the OBGYN bc I thought I had a yeast infection. Wound up just being irritation, most likely from the influx of hormones! Great, so I guess even natural hormones can "F" you up! Anyway, I was instructed to not have sex, which my husband doesn't belive me about! He thinks I'm making it up and that the doc. didn't really tell me not to. GRRRR! I guess the good thing was I got another sneak-peek at the little bambino! It looks like a lima bean and is already 19mm (1 inch= 2.54mm, if I remember right)! The little heart was even more visible this time, just flashing away! I'm starting to like this being pregnant thing. I wasn't sure at first, but as time goes on, I think I'm starting to bond. Guess I was a little messed up from last time with it not sticking. Anyway. Guess that's my journal entry for today.

WOW!!!! Really looks like a baby now! Hands, feet, everything! When we got there, the baby was asleep in the fetal position and upside-down, with fists balled-up over its eyes. I coughed, it woke the baby up, and it did a complete somersault! I started laughing, which jiggled my uterus, and the baby really woke up and started doing some kind of weird dance! It was waving its arms and kicking its legs and moving everywhere! Even doing waist bend type things! It was the coolest thing ever! Oh. and the heart was still flashing/beating away!

Wow, that must have been a lot of fun to watch! Not all babies put on that much of a show during ultrasounds!

My OBGYN said that it's really common for babies to move a whole lot on ultrasounds, especially when they have plenty of room like now! All that fluid and a baby just over an inch...plenty of room to move!
My friend also said that her baby was going crazy during her ultrasounds. There's a lot you can do to get them to wake up!
My husband has been trying to make me laugh constantly so it makes the baby dance!
If you're curious about whether or not babies really move during ultrasounds, just look at some of the videos. Pretty cool!
