Welcome to the board!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but from the sounds of it, you haven't had a lap yet. Is that correct? If that's the case, you don't have an official diagnosis and where they *think* you might have it is all speculation until they take a look inside. I had significant urinary issues prior to my lap, but nothing was found on my bladder or ureters during surgery. The organs in that area are in close quarters and it's hard to say. I'm not saying you don't have endo on your bladder, but you may need more diagnostics to be sure, and an ultrasound or MRI aren't definitive.
Hang in there! Figure out what the next steps are with your doctor, and keep us posted, k? We can help you along the way.

Welcome!
I had endo on my bladder and was diagnosed with interstital cystitis (IC) during my last lap. The endo on the bladder was excised off. It sounds like you have had an ultrasound where they are able to see an endometrioma or cyst. Endo usually does not show up well during ultrasounds or even MRIs, so it is usually recommended by doctors to have a lap to remove the cyst and look and remove any endo they find.
It sounds like you haven't had a lap yet, so you need to talk to your doctor about getting one. You aren't officially diagnosed until you have one. Although surgery may sound scary, but with the right surgeon, it can help a lot with the pain.
Feel free to ask us any questions! I hope you get some relief soon!

Do you have urinary issues? Endo is so strange, I did not really have any urinary issues, but my largest legion was on my ureters!

Hi and welcome. I had endo on my colon and bladder. Only a lap can tell you for sure were if you do have endo. Don't be scared just get as much information as you can and do as much research on your Dr as you can. Make sure you are dealing with an Endo specialist and do not be afraid to ask tuns of questions. It is your body, you have the right.

Welcome herbie! I'm new I don't have endo on bowel but have had surgery to remove elsewhere. It's usually not as bad as you imagine it to be. I found gettin lots of advice and doin research before my lap really helped. Docs told me nothing about what to expect. I think they so many people they just forget!
