Hi ladies, As you know, I haven't been officially diagnosed with endo, although I highly suspect I have it. I had my medical records reviewed by the CEC in Atlanta and Dr Sinervo thinks there is high probability I do also. HOWEVER, my symptoms haven't been as drastic the last month or so and I am back to starting to think it is all in my head?! Does that ever happen to you? I mean what if I just have really bad periods and that is all it is?.. Thanks for listening.

I know exactly what you're going through. It's so easy to go through the pain and the second it is a little better to think that you were making a big deal out of nothing. I had my lap 2 weeks ago and was on the verge of canceling it several times. I was almost embarrassed that I was wanting to take action. In the end, they did find endo and adhesions, despite my doubts. Trust your body. Even if they don't find endo, they may see something else or it'll be something else to cross off the list!

If you've made any diet changes recently - for the better - that could affect pain during your cycle. Some months are just randomly better than others, doesn't mean it's all in your head!

You ladies are totally right!! I know I shouldn't doubt myself, it's just hard sometimes to not feel like you are going crazy. And it is worth it to know for sure, because if for some reason it isn't endo, I need to find out what else it is and/or how to deal with it--so there really is no bad outcome. Hellsbells--I didn't even think of diet changes, but now that I am reflecting over the last month, I have consumed a lot more fruit and veg and less bread--def could be these dietary changes helping me out.
